Summer Skincare: The Mist Toners

The Mist Toners
Summer has officially arrived, and I’m pretty pleased about it to say the least – warm weather weather and I are best of friends (you can keep humidity though – it’s more like my worst enemy).  At the moment I’m changing up my high-rotation skincare stash, stowing away all the more heavy duty products for next time the winter chill comes calling (given I live in Melbourne, that actually won’t be long), and making way for more light-weight, warm-weather friendly prodz. One of my favourite skincare products to use in summer is a hydrating and toning mist – all the more so when I’ve cleverly kept it in the fridge. Hello refreshment. I’ve rounded up a few choice picks that I’ll be reaching for as the temps rise…

Kosmea Hydrating Rosewater MistKosmea Hydrating Rosewater Mist*
$19.95 per 125ml, stockists here.

With each dip I make into Kosmea skincare range, I come away extremely impressed, and the Rosewater mist is another fave to add to the fast growing list of Kosmea must-haves.

First off, it’s fab value for money (at $19.95 for a 125ml bottle), and the packaging, like with all Kosmea products, is something I’m more than happy to have sitting pretty on the shelf in the bathroom. But most importantly is the gorgeous, delicate rosewater scent in combination with the hydration it’s able to inject in just a couple of spritzes, that makes this a keeper.

I took the Antipodes on a recent plane flight, (decanted into a smaller plastic spray bottle) it was heavenly! Also have the Jurlique which is just beautiful too. I can’t pick between them to be honest, I just go by whichever one I prefer at the time!

They’re both so lovely aren’t they! Thanks for reading :) x

  • Wild Hearts + Green Tea

Oh, I love face mists. This is perfect. Not sure if it’s a mist but I’ve loved Clinique’s Moisture Surge Face Spray for a long time and it work absolute wonders to keep my face feeling refreshed and hydrated on long flights :)

That sounds like a good’un, anything with ‘moisture surge’ in the title is going to go down very well with me :) x
