I’m feeling very buoyed by Monday’s beauty resolutions success, so when I found myself making a little list full of all the spendy purchases I want to make this year, I thought I’d share my wishlist with you – partly so I can make myself that little bit more accountable… but mostly just to drool over the things I’m coveting this year yet again. I’m just going to shield my eyes and hide my wallet whenever I get dangerously close to a Priceline so I can save the dollars required. Piggy banks at the ready…
NARS Dual Intensity Palette
I am SO ready for this palette. I make a beeline to the single eyeshadows every time I swing past Mecca for yet another swatch session, so I’m glad I held on to my last ounce of will power not to snap up my fave shades as I will put those dollars towards the palette. I also get the strong feeling this palette is going to be one of those that I’m going to be unwilling to actually to use, just so it looks pretty forever.
(More) NARS Audacious Lipsticks
My single Audacious lippie Vera has been feeling very lonely lately, and she’s going to get a few new friends this year. I absolutely love the formula of these lipsticks and I’m still in awe of the shade range, so more will definitely be added to the collection – namely Kelly and Anita.
Assorted Charlotte Tilbury things
I’ve been coveting Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup range for an eon now, but when the range was first released, the things I wanted weren’t readily available for shipping to Australia. Now that Beautylish is kindly shipping CT’s goods to Oz, I’m going to be making the Dolce Vita palette, the Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk and K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick in Bitch Perfect my own.
Hourglass Modernist Palette
2015 just won’t feel complete without a killer Hourglass purchase, and this palette is odds-on to be just that. I know ‘Infinity’ is already available at Barneys NY, but I’m under the impression there will be other versions available, so I’ll wait to check out the other options before making a choice (Infinity does look stunning though). Update: Temptalia has listed the full range of palettes here, and I’m going to have a very hard time choosing between Color Field and Exposure.
NUDESTIX Magnetic Eye Colours
These bought singly aren’t too much on the pricey side, but since I’m eyeing off several of these gorgeous shades, it has the potential to get up there! The Magnetic range of eye pencils builds on the original eye pencil range, offering more pigment and longer wear. The shades Twilight, Gilt and Night are all on my hit list.
